The Moon - the first and fore most source of attraction as well as a playmate for any toddler during dinner time, (the first song any toddler in our society learns is Nila Nila Odi Vaa!!) a soothing companion in the dark nights to young adults, A source of unending inspiration to poets, who compared women to the moon, dreamt of living on the moon, taking the art forms to the moon...
In all conquering the moon!! This long time dream of our society has come true, Thanks to the efforts of the PSLV Team and for the successful launch Chandrayaan-1!! First ever Indian Satellite to orbit the moon!! :) We, have conquered Chandamama!! Lot more inventions, discoveries, successful satellite launches and many more achievements can be expected from India which is as on date foucessed on developing the field of science and technology !! As an Indian Iam really proud of this great achievement of our Indian space scientists. Looking forward to greater achievements in the years to come!!

After this being successful, We will be self reliant in our space missions and be a global force to recon with but yes the focus is and should be more on the current scenario of uncertainity and crisis management!!
